Instructions for Download

DownloadingGoogle Earth is really simple. You MUST have Windows XP. Eventually these may become available on our site for other operating systems, but at the moment, the majority of users are using Windows XP, so that's the version we have available. All you need to do is click right here to download your own copy of Google Earth.

Google Updater

The Updater is the tool which makes it so easy to install Google Earth and the rest of the Google Pack which comes free with it. The Updater shows you the status of each of the downloads as it is installing. Then you can click "run" to run the programs at your convenience, while still doing other things on your computer or the web. Updater also is the program which automatically updates your Google Earth and Google Pack software as new updates are available. You will receive an icon in your system tray alerting you when new updates are available. With Google's Updater you can also uninstall any of the programs you decide you don't want.

You can just click the various buttons to see what they do and figure it out for yourself, or you can watch the videos I've posted for you on the videos page. There are tutorials on that page that will give you lots of great tips and instructions so that you can get the most out of Google Earth.
